Topic Overview:
This interactive workshop will provide tangible advice on successful ways for project managers and consultants to market themselves in order to maximize contract opportunities. It is common for project managers and consultants to be engaged on long-term contracts, thus marketing and networking becomes difficult and a lower priority. This session will provide tangible advice on how project managers and consultants can continue to market themselves effectively so as to avoid restarting the networking process after each project. This session is a must for those looking to find creative and time efficient ways to differentiate themselves and those who want to reduce the time required to secure their next project. This workshop will be beneficial to those looking to secure new projects while still on a previous project as well as those with immediate availability and looking for new projects.

About the Speaker:

Andrew Miller
Andrew Miller is President of ACM Consulting Inc. and helps clients increase profit and operate more efficiently by aligning processes, people and technology. For more than a decade, Andrew has been providing valuable operational and procurement advice to companies of all sizes around the globe, with a focus on bottom line results. Sometimes referred to as the Procurement Guru™, Andrew has been featured in numerous national and international publications, is an active speaker and writer and donates much of his time to fundraising for Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto.

Previous to starting his own company, Andrew held various senior consulting positions with IBM Global Business Services and PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting. Andrew has an International MBA with majors in Logistics and Marketing from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto. Andrew can be reached at andrew@acmconsulting.ca.
